Thousands of people made their way to the Irish Parliament to voice anger at the Irish government's hesitations in taking real action against the Israelis, including hesitating to enact the “Occupied Territories Bill” that was touted as an option but was later walked back on by those in power.
Pressure will continue to be put on the Irish government who MUST enact the Occupied Territories Bill as set-out in 2018.

The US has continued to transit through Shannon Airport with weaponry and equipment to be utilized by Israeli occupations forces in their campaigns against the region, including in Lebanon where Israel has failed to abide by the ceasefire deal that had been signed, remaining in areas where they were supposed to pull back from.

The Independent Activists Fra Hughes takes a look at the situation in his most recent article link below:

“You’re talking about probably a million and a half people, and we just clean out that whole thing and say: ‘You know, it’s over.’”- Donald Trump
“Biblical right to the entire West Bank.”. - Elise Stefanik, new US envoy to the United Nations
These comments come on the back of the calls from Ben Gvir and Bezel Smodreich for a total annexation of the West Bank as well as a “cleansing” of the communities there.
As Trump took office, another green light came in the form of the lifting of sanctions on illegal Israeli settlers sanctioned for violence against the Palestinian people. These sanctions were lifted only a day after the signing of the deal in the Gaza Strip.
If anyone had hoped this new US government would be somehow different, it was all but shattered as the truth that no matter who comes to power, those who dictate the direction of the imperialist states and those in power are rarely elected to public office; these people should be seen as a front and façade for the true power brokers, those financers of capital leveraging the capitalist system, those within the Military Industrial Complex, and the major corporations lobbying for influence and control in the background. This continues the trend of the latter stages of capitalism: massive monopolization of power in the hands of a few, as laid out by Marx. Imperialism.
